In the past, the women from the rich family were not allow for social. They will spent their time in preparing the meals and kitchen has become a good gossip place for them. Today, food blender can be replace the pestle and grinding has reduce the time of preparing. To make the Nonya food into a quick and easy things, prepare the spicy pastes in big batch and keep them frozen for ready to cook.
